Owens Regular Roll Sausage
1 lb.
ground beef

8 slices
pepper-jack cheese
2 large
tomatoes, sliced
1 cup
prepared mango salsa

Instructions

In bowl combine sausage and ground beef until well mixed. Shape into 8 patties.

Cook patties in large skillet over medium-high heat or on outdoor grill until internal temperature is 160F.

Place patties on buns. Top with cheese, tomato and salsa.
