1 pkg. | beef gravy (6 oz) |
1 pkg. | Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes |
1 pkg. | frozen mixed vegetables (12 oz |
1/2 cup | frozen diced onions |
2 tablespoons | worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | ground black pepper |
1/2 cup | shredded cheese (Optional) |
1 | Preheat oven to 400F. |
2 | Heat a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble sausage until brown. |
3 | Mix in frozen mixed vegetables, onions, beef gravy, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper |
4 | Lightly spray 2-quart casserole dish. Pour sausage mixture into the casserole dish, top with the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. |
5 | Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and pie is bubbling hot. |
