1/2 lb. | Owens Regular Roll Sausage |
1/2 pkg. | Bob Evans Diced Home Fries |
3 tablespoons | bell pepper, chopped |
3 tablespoons | onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons | milk |
6 large | eggs |
1 | Crumble sausage into frying pan. Add potatoes, pepper and onion. Cook slowly until sausage is browned. |
2 | Beat eggs and combine with milk. Add to sausage mixture and cook, stirring occasionally to fluff eggs, until eggs have thickened. |
3 | Refrigerate leftovers. |
4 | Optional Microwave Directions: In 2-quart glass casserole pan, crumbled sausage on high for two minutes. Stir to break-up sausage. Stir in potatoes, peppers and onions. Microwave two minutes on high. Beat eggs and combine with milk. Add to sausage mixture. Microwave 3-4 minutes on high, stirring after each minute until eggs are set. |
