1 lb. | Owens Regular Roll Sausage |
1 pkg. | Bob Evans Shredded Hash Brown |
4 large | eggs |
1/2 cup | milk |
3 tablespoons | butter, melted |
1 cup | ham, cubed |
1/2 teaspoon | black pepper |
1 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | In a skillet, cook sausage according to package directions. |
2 | Preheat oven to 350F. |
3 | Lightly grease a twelve cup muffin tin. |
4 | In a bowl whisk together eggs and milk. |
5 | Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly (hash browns are already pre-cooked, so can be added with other ingredients at this time). |
6 | Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. |
7 | Bake for 27-30 minutes or until a toothpick or knife inserted in the center comes out clean. |
