1 lb. | Owens Regular Roll Sausage |
1/4 cup | thinly sliced green onion |
3 cups | pancake and baking mix |
1 cup | buttermilk |
1 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | Preheat oven to 400F. |
2 | In medium skillet over medium heat crumble and cook sausage until brown. |
3 | Stir in green onion. Remove from heat. |
4 | In large bowl, combine baking mix, buttermilk, cheese and sausage mixture. |
5 | Stir gently until combined. |
6 | Place cupcake liners into cupcake pan. Divide batter evenly between cups. |
7 | Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. |
8 | Cool in pan 5 minutes then remove. |
