1 lb. | Owens Regular Roll Sausage |
1 pkg. | Owens Shredded Hash Brown 20 oz |
1 bag | frozen broccoli cuts (14 oz) |
1 can | cheddar cheese soup (10.75 oz) |
1/2 cup | milk |
1/2 cup | grated cheddar cheese |
1 | Preheat oven to 400F. |
2 | In a skillet, crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until brown. Drain sausage. |
3 | Place potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with cooked sausage, then add broccoli. |
4 | In small bowl, combine soup and milk. Spoon over broccoli. Top with grated cheese. |
5 | Cover and bake for 40-45 minutes or until hot. |
